Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use qurarte, operated by Huru Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using a workspace you agree to them.

The service

qurarte is a catalogue for art collections: artwork records, images, contacts, sales and reports, encrypted end to end. It is currently offered as a closed beta, so features may change and the service is provided without a guaranteed level of availability.

Your account and passphrase

Your content

You own everything you put in qurarte. You give us only the permission needed to store, back up and deliver it to the people you share it with. Because it is encrypted, we can't see it.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you add, including images of artworks.

Acceptable use

Don't use qurarte to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, try to access other people's workspaces, or interfere with the service.

Assistant connections

A workspace owner or admin may connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. When they do, what the assistant reads is processed by that assistant's provider under its own terms, which are between you and that provider. Changes an assistant makes on your instructions are your responsibility, the same as changes you make yourself. You can revoke a connection at any time in Settings. See the privacy policy for how this works.

Fees

Beta access is free unless agreed otherwise in writing. Paid plans, when offered, will be described before you subscribe.

Ending your use

You can stop using qurarte and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. Before closing a workspace we'll give its owner a chance to export their data, unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date above when these terms change and tell workspace owners in advance of significant changes. Continuing to use qurarte after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
